What is your warranty policy?

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, Montana West World will gladly replace it. If any of the products you purchase on Montana West World proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the 90 days, Montana West World will replace the item free of charge (proof of purchase required). To arrange the replacement of your product, please contact our Customer Service department online or at 1-972-914-8291 between Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM CDT.

Can I return/exchange an item I purchased on Montana West World?

Montana West World takes pride in manufacturing products to meet the highest quality standards and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We hope you found exactly what you were looking for, however, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return/exchange of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original Montana West World receipt/invoice for US orders only. All international sales are final, returns/exchanges for international orders will not be accepted.


Do you accept refunds/exchanges for international orders?

At this time, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for orders outside of the United States. All international sales are final.


What items qualify for returns/exchanges?

We do not accept returns of Clearance items or items showing normal wear and tear, improper care, negligence and the normal breakdown of natural material over extended time and use.


Can I return items purchased on sale?

We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on clearance at any time.


Can I return/exchange a Montana West item that I purchased on another website/retail store?

We only accept products purchased through Montana West World.


What is the deadline to return/exchange items in my Montana West World order?

All returns/exchanges must be done by mail within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.


How will my returns be processed?

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Credit for your returned items will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the items. You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return and you can expect your refund within 14 days. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.


How do I return items I purchased on Montana West World?

Return and exchanges of orders shipped to the United States will be completed by mail:
1. Complete the required information on the packaging slip included with your package.
2. Pack your items, making sure that all items have all original tags and include all pages of the packaging slip. Try to use the original shipping box and materials.
3. Attach the pre-addressed and pre-paid return label to your return package.
4. Mail your return package at any US Postal Service office, drop box, or residential mailbox. You can find your closest USPS location at USPS.com, to schedule a pickup click here.
5. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.


What if the Montana West World item I want to return is out of stock?

If an item is no longer available for exact replacement, you will receive credit for your returned item back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the items.


What if an item I purchased recently is marked down?

We will accommodate a one-time price adjustment only on full price merchandise that has been marked down. The price adjustment must be made within 14 days of purchase. The original receipt must accompany the request.
Montana West World reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time.


Return and Exchanges Restrictions:

  • Refunds and price adjustments will be issued in the original tender of purchase.
  • Montana West World does not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers.
  • Returns or exchanges not accompanied by an original receipt or packaging slip will not be accepted.
